An engineer's precision. An artisan's eye.
Founder Artem Melkumyan trained and worked as a civil engineer before establishing Tile by Arts in 1993. That discipline shows in every job: square layouts, flat substrates and joints that line up from room to room.
- Cement board and traditional wet-bed (mortar bed) installation included
- Custom design and layout for every material, from ceramic to handmade tile
- Granite and marble countertops installed by the same crew
Planned carefully, installed once.
Every project is meticulously planned before the first tile is set, whether you're a homeowner or a builder working to a schedule.

What our clients and builders say.
I can't say enough about the quality of the work done on my kitchen floor, and in record time! Even after delays getting supplies delivered to my home, Art's crew worked on the holiday to get the job done as promised by the end of May. The floor looks beautiful. I highly recommend Art.
Art and his crew did a fantastic job on our very large kitchen, dining room and laundry room floor. It changed the whole character of the room! He has a very good and flexible attitude, which is so important.
Art and his team did a spectacular job! I am very grateful for how easy he is to work with, for his high standards and great attitude. God bless him!
