About Us

Artem Melkumyan immigrated to the United States from the former Soviet Union in 1991, where he previously served as a Civil Engineer. In 1993, he established Tile by Arts Inc. in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Over the past 32 years, the company has built a reputation for unparalleled standards and customer satisfaction, specializing in unique, custom tile and granite installations.

Under Artem's leadership, Tile by Arts Inc. is renowned for its commitment to Old World craftsmanship. The company has collaborated with numerous prestigious builders including Rottelle Builders, Semerjian Builders, Renaissance Builders, Beaumont Builders, Wilkinson Builders, David Semerjian Builders, Megui Builders, and Dewson Construction.
